Lessons can be purchased via cheques, etransfer, cash or paypal.
Lessons must be paid for in advance.
I teach 1 hour, 45 minute and 30 minute lessons, Mondays to Saturdays.
Lessons can either be weekly or bi monthly or by drop in.
For Online lessons, only 1 hour slots are available, and payment is achieved through etransfer or paypal with payment for lessons being delivered before first lesson.

These guidelines keep things running smoothly for all students.
📅 Booking & Scheduling
Lessons are available 30, 45, or 60 minutes (or longer) Tuesday-Thursday & Sunday.
Choose weekly (recommended), bi-monthly, or occasional drop-in sessions.
Online lessons are also available.
Lessons should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Pro tip: Weekly lessons get the best results and guarantee your preferred time slot.
💳 Payments
Lessons are paid in advance.
Monthly students pre-pay on or before the 1st of each month.
Drop-ins and single lessons are paid at booking and are only reserved if paid in full.
Accepted: e-transfer, cash (at first lesson of each month), cheque, PayPal, bitcoin (ask me how).
Pre-payment simply holds your spot and keeps scheduling predictable for everyone.
🔁 Cancellations & Make-Ups
Life happens — I get it.
Please provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
With 48+ hours notice → I can try to reschedule, no guarantees of makeups though, as I have a busy schedule.
Under 48 hours → lesson is forfeited outright.
Missed lessons without notice → are forfeited as well.
Makeup lessons cannot be used as credit for next month's lesson tuition, and any makeups must be booked in addition to your regular scheduled lessons. As a weekly student, all lessons must be paid, whether you can attend or not. My business cannot survive without my regular students paying for the lesson times I have set aside for them each month.
If you’re sick, let me know ASAP — I’ll always try to fit you in another time when you are feeling better.
Students taking weekly lessons have priority over bi-weekly and drop-in students.
Weekly students wanting to cancel for summer etc., can do so by giving 2 weeks notice before the date they plan to quit. They will be taken out of the schedule starting on that date.
⏰ Punctuality
Lessons start and end at the scheduled time.
Students must arrive within 15 minutes of lesson start time otherwise the lesson will be forfeited.
Arriving late shortens your lesson (back-to-back schedule life!).
If I am late, you must wait a minimum of at least 10m after scheduled start time of lesson for me to appear.
Failure to do so and you will forfeit the lesson.
If I am late due to unforeseen circumstances, the missed lesson time will be made up during that lesson, or at some time in the future, or a refund will be made.
🎯 Time Slot Priority
Weekly students receive priority for recurring time slots.
Bi-monthly and drop-ins are scheduled around weekly bookings.
This keeps the studio stable and ensures consistent availability.
🛑 Stopping Lessons
If you plan to pause or stop regular lessons, please give two weeks notice as a courtesy.
🧡 Studio Safety & Responsibility
Students participate at their own discretion, and are responsible for their personal belongings while at the studio or online.
